Clinic Policies

All schedule changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. A $40 late cancellation fee will be assessed if appointment is canceled outside of the set limit. 

 If you accidentally pre-purchased clinic services and have not used any “packs” or applied them to a future appointment, we can refund your purchase within 7 days of the purchase. We do not provide refunds for “packs” that have been used in any way.

All pre-purchased discounted services or packages are non-refundable.

All pre-paid services have a 6 month expiration date.
